BFGaming’s Summer Lan 2009
Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, the Bold Fist of Gaming is hosting a summer LAN party this July 17th starting 7 p.m. and going till 7 a.m. the next morning. So if you’re tired of summer heat, be prepared to bring the heat on your opponents at this years Bold Fist of Gaming Summer LAN. If you have any questions pertaining to this event feel free to hop on the IRC chat channel and ask away.
Location: Multipurpose Room in Frank Franz Residential Hall
Time: July 17th 7:00 p.m. —–July 18th 7:00 a.m.
Price: Your Time…otherwise Free
Whose Invited: You!!!!!! and all other humans.
Games: Team Fortress 2, Unreal Tournament 3, Quake 3, Counter Strike, Dead or Alive 4, Street Fighter 4, Soul Calibur 4, and a plethora of other games.
Tournament: There will be a Tournament for Dead or Alive 4, Street Fighter 4, and Soul Calibur 4. There will be no entry fee so you will be fight for the glory of your name and for trophies forged in the heart of Mt. Doom….kinda. Bring your A Game so we can all have a good game.
Rules: NO Speakers (Bring Headphones )
NO Alcoholic Anything
NO Porn Anything
NO Hacking/ Viruses
A computer will not be supplied for you so you must bring your own.
NO bad sportsmanship
Advice: Please make sure that your computer is updated along with your choice of antiviral software.
Make sure any of your Steam games are updated and make sure Steam is in offline mode before arriving otherwise you will be wishing you had.
This should be an event upon whence you can enjoy yourself as you enter combat with your fellow gaming brethren. Hope to see you there.

LAN Party – April 10th – 11th
Hey all! We will be having a Lan Party on Friday, April 10th to 11th from 7pm to 7am. The LAN is free, so invite a friend! Please install all games and update them before hand, because there will be no internet as always. If you are using Steam, make sure that you can start the game before you come to ensure all updates are in place. The flyer for the LAN is available here in PDF form.

UT3 for a low price!
Hey all! If you’ve been to some of our previous LANs and haven’t been able to play Unreal Tournament 3, now is a really good time to get it: Steam has UT3 Black for $11.99 until March 22nd. I know some of you missed the Left 4 Dead sale they had a couple of weeks ago, and some of you didn’t know about it before it was too late. Hope that this does get to a couple of you who didn’t know about it before!

UAH Library LAN Party
Hey all,
The UAH Library is having their LAN party next week on November 10th from 4 – 11. The tournaments are going to be a console game that’s not been announced yet, Super Smash Brothers, Team Fortress 2, and Counter Strike: Source. If you have some free time on Monday night, stop on by and play some games! Should be a good time overall. For more information, you can check out their site.
